much time, and also enhances our capabilities as human beings. However, setting limits on
electronics use has remained a struggle despite many individuals being rational and emotionally
resilient. The effect is even more adverse in children who are yet to develop full cognitive and
emotional maturity. Research has been inconclusive on how electronic devices may affect our
lives and particularly their impact on our brains.

the screen, such as televisions, phones, and tablets, affects children's performance in school. He

People who are always in the skills it becomes hard for them to communicate with others since
most of their time is mainly spent on the screen. The chronic smartphone stress is the other
problem that is being caused by the use of screens for long hours. It is caused by things that seem
notifications in case, they are absent (Berggren et al. 2016). This is because there was what was
sent to the brain that most of the time, that person should be using a screen. In case the screen is
absent, it causes the problems of feeling stressed, and this can lead to depression if it continues
