We understand that you may get a product that may not measure up to your expectations. In such a situation, the customer is entitled to unlimited revisions until the paper meets your requirements. We offer a 30 day period to request a revision. In the case of the stipulated period elapses, we consider the fact that the client is satisfied with the paper and does not require our revision services.

To request a revision for a completed order all you need to do is log in to your account, navigate to completed orders. Once you open the particular order, you will find a button “SET AS REVISION.” Click on this button and provide your requirements for the revision. Be clear and detailed to ensure your demands are met.

As a client you are eligible for a revision if your request meets the following criteria:

• No violation of other terms and conditions
• You have not made any changes to the paper before requesting for the revision
• Your revision guidelines do not contradict the initial instructions
• You submit absolutely clear and detailed revision requirements that do not modify, change or deduct the initial instructions you submitted when placing the order.

We request at least 5 hours to enable us to process your revision to your satisfaction depending on the complexity of your guidelines.
